IntraFish sources are predicting a slight decline ahead for Norwegian Atlantic salmon prices but there is uncertainty around how big the drop will be.
"There are wide differences between prices," one farmer told IntraFish Friday. "But overall we can say prices are still good."
A price tag of around NOK 60 (€6.40/$7.30) plus per kg seems what most suppliers are asking for.
One exporter said he has been selling fish sized 3-4 kg for NOK 59 (€6.20/$7.10) per kg and added another NOK 1 (€0.11/$0.12)
