Aquaculture investment firm Alimentos Ventures is launching its aquaculture-focused accelerator program HATCH in Bergen.

The first project will be delivered between April and June, with cohorts Bergen Teknologioverforing (BTO), and the Seafood Innovation Cluster.

HATCH’s next cohort will be located in Cork, Ireland in the third and fourth quarter of 2018 and the program will further expand to South East Asia in 2019.

The companies selected for the spring 2018 cohort are Norway-based AlgaePro, India-based Aqua Connect, US-based Finless Foods, Indonesia-based Jala, US Manolin, Portugal-based Sensaway, UK-based Tradeit and Thai VerifiK8.
