The new company owns a total of seven licenses for salmon and trout farming.
It is led by Vibecke Bondo as managing director, Havard Jakobsen will oversee staff and Terje Bondo will direct offshore operations.
The company will be headquartered in Rorvik, northern Norway, with an additional office in Lund, western Norway.
