Norway Royal Salmon CEO Jon Binde isn’t completely satisfied with the high salmon prices.
“The problem is the prices have risen so rapidly in such a short time," Binde told IntraFish.
"Salmon prices bumped up from NOK 27 (€3.5/$4.6) to NOK 42 (€5.5/$7.2)in just a few months. Naturally, as a producer we’re delighted to be making agood profit, but we see that customers are struggling. So, next time around itcould be difficult for us too.”
