Vitaly Orlov, who controls Norebo, Russia’s largest fishing company, faces a $350 million (€311 million) ownership claim in a UK courtroom following a ruling by a High Court judge.

Justice Carr dismissed Orlov’s claims that he is not domiciled in the UK, meaning litigation could not take place in a UK court.

In a bitter long-running dispute Alexander Tugushev claims that he co-founded the Norebo Group with Orlov and Magnes Roth under a joint venture agreement made orally in 1997 and put into writing in 1998.
