With the recent launch of its new branding and ad campaign -- Wir sind Fisch (We are Fish) -- fish and seafood fast food chain Nordsee kicked off a strong push to strengthen its market position in Germany and Austria.

The company invested a total of €5 million ($5.6 million) into the campaign, CEO Hiltrud Seggewiß (pictured left) told IntraFish.

The focus is on growing its customer base in what she calls a "saturated market."

Sustainability and naturalness are at the heart of the campaign.
