Nippon Suisan Kaisha (Nissui) on Monday announced a reshuffle to its top management to become effective later this year.
Current President and CEO Norio Hosomi will become chairman, while current Managing Executive Officer and Board Member Shinsuke Ohki will take over from Hosomi.
Nissui said on its website the move "will further strengthen our management structure, aiming for further growth and corporate value improvement."
The appointments will be officially decided at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 28.
