UK-based seafood processor, Caistor Seafoods – formerly Sealord Caistor before being sold to Japanese giant Nippon Suisan Kaisha (Nissui) in 2017 – appointed a new CEO in January.
Peter Williams took on the role from Joe Rainert, starting in January this year. Rainert served as CEO of the company since October 2018.
Williams has previously held senior management positions in the UK food industry including at Country Style Foods and Fletchers as well as consultancy roles at several companies, including Young's Seafood.
