Japan’s Nippon Suisan will raise the prices of all of its canned mackerel products by 7-10 percent.
Rises will start with shipments to wholesalers on April 1, JiJi Press reports.
The move affecting 11 products reflects sharp price rises in domestic mackerel and higher transport and labor costs.
