Marine Harvest reported its sales of Rebel Fish in the US market continue to grow in the second quarter -- the result of heavy lifting on the part of its marketing team in particular.
"Increased demo activity, social media activities and a new packaging are contributing to increased interest and new customer contracts," said the company in its second-quarter earnings report.
Marine Harvest USA Marketing Director Linda Purkiss told IntraFish the Rebel Fish demos are offered to all retailers as part of the company's marketing plan.
"When
