Steven Rafferty, former managing director of Skretting, is returning to Cermaq after nine years as managing director of the company’s Chilean operation in part because, in his mind, there's still work to be done.

“I left Cermaq a bit too soon, and I think I have some unfinished business there,” Rafferty told IntraFish.

With a production of over 100,000 metric tons, the Chilean operation is the largest division of Cermaq by far. The operation is the result of the merger of Salmones Humboldt, acquired by Mitsubishi in 2011, and Cermaq, acquired by Mitsubishi in 2014.
