A senior sales executive at a Gloucester, Massachusetts-based seafood processing company pled guilty to tax fraud last Thursday in a Boston federal court.

Richard J. Pandolfo, a one-time senior sales executive with Pacific Andes subsidiary National Fish & Seafood, pled guilty to one count of making and subscribing a false tax return after a federal grand jury indicted him in June 2016.

US District Court Judge Richard G. Stearns scheduled sentencing for July 13. He could be sentenced up to three years in prison, one year of supervised release and a fine of $100,000 (€91,581).
