Canada's Louisbourg Seafoods is looking to shift its dependence on the US seafood market because of growing concerns over US trade policy under the Trump administration.

The company has begun to find new potential buyers for its groundfish in the United Kingdom, and Asia.

Growing uncertainty is surrounding the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), which US President Donald Trump has threatened to tear up.
