The Oslo seafood index was down by 4.9 percent by the time the exchange closed at 5.30 p.m. on Monday.

The hardest hit was Morpol. The group’s share price closed at NOK 11 (€1.41/$1.91), down 18.5 percent from Friday. That is NOK 0.50 (€0.06/$0.09) lower than the company’s historically lowest share price until now, which occurred when three board members announced their departure over concerns over the company’s leadership. The volumes traded were also meager, with 24 trades generating only NOK 140,000 (€17,943/$24,287).

Grieg
