Scottish company Mewstead LLP contracted out Finnish industrial group Wärtsilä in November to design and construct a new pelagic fishing trawler, which is said will be the largest and most efficient ship of its type in the world.
The vessel will be built at the Nauta Shipyard in Poland, and will operate in the fishing grounds in the North Sea around the Scottish coast.
