That is higher than the two companies’ market value on June 30, the day before the merger was announced to the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Atlantic Cod Farms was worth NOK 92 million (€11.8 million/$17.1 million) on June 30.
The company raised NOK 65 million (€8.3 million/$12.1 million) on the market in 2010, but had large losses throughout the year.
