Marine Harvest is upbeat about Norway's new sea lice regulation, which it says should be a benefit for the whole industry.
“This is a step in the right direction, and in-line with our strategy of achieving zero sexually mature lice," Kristine Gramstad, communications director at the salmon giant, told IntraFish.
"We consider this will present a tremendous challenge in several region along the coast, but we hope it will be a good incentive to work toward lowering lice figures."
