Bergen, Norway-based salmon farming giant Marine Harvest has released new accusations against its former Chile CEO, Alvaro Jimenez Seminario, to support its civil suit against him.
The suit was filed last month, two months after Marine Harvest went public with its accusations that Jimenez had shared profits between Marine Harvest Chile and the company Salmones Sur Austral (SSA).
SSA’s two major shareholders, Fernando Toro Riveros and Francisco Ariztia Reyes, are included in the lawsuit for allegedly helping to hide information about Jimenez’s actions and for benefiting from the deal.
