Marine Harvest’s smoked salmon division Delifish on Monday said it is pulling a broad line of cold smoked salmon products potentially tainted with Listeria monocytogenes, sold across US foodservice and retail outlets.
The product’s manufacturing date stretches back to between Sept. 5 and Oct. 17, in 11 US states and Puerto Rico under nine different names, each with its own UPC code.
The recall includes the following products:
Black Bear of the Black Forest Smoked Salmon (1 lb., UPC # 810230000493,
Food Service Cold Smoked Salmon Trim 1 lb.
