Jerzy Malek’s company Arctic Seafood Group, formerly Codfarmers, could face a fine after it was more than a week overdue in notifying the stock exchange of a change in shareholding in Hofseth Biocare.

At the end of June, the company notified it is slipping below the 10 percent limit in Hofseth BioCare, but this was more than a week after it should have done.

When a company stock exchange listed passes below the so-called flagging limits, the market should be notified at the latest before the opening of the stock exchange’s following day of trading.
