Mike Berthet, purchasing director at M&J Seafood (pictured), who has been working on the project for more than a year, told IntraFish the list is a “world first” and sets the bar for other food service sectors around the world to follow suit.

Targeted at the growing number of caterers looking to serve sustainable products, the new Safely Sourced Seafood List (SSSL) is a comprehensive guide to seafood products from the most responsible and certified sources.
