Chief financial officer Steven Rafferty was the one that got best paid last year. He earned nearly NOK 2.1 million (€264,259/$383,731) in salary and other compensation from the company.

CEO Jerzy Malek received ”only” NOK 1 million (€125,838/$182,729).

John-Paul McGinley, Chief Operating Officer, was paid NOK 700,000 (€88,086/$127,910).

Although it may seem odd that the finance director earns more than the top boss, Malek is in fact the company’s largest shareholder. He controls Friendmall, the holding that owns 76 million shares in Morpol, or roughly 45 percent of the company.
