UK-based salmon and trout smoked fish producer Farne Salmon and Trout Limited announced an operating profit of £2.7 million (€3.4 million/$3.8 million) in the year ended June 27, 2015, up from £2.5 million (€3.2 million/$3.6 million) in the previous year.
According to the latest accounts filed on Companies House, net profit for the period amounted to £1.9 million (€2.4 million/$2.7 million), an improvement from the £1.6 million (€2 million/$2.3 million) reported a year earlier.
