Icicle Seafoods CEO Chris Ruettgers is leaving the company, part of the restructuring process following the company's 2016 acquisition by Cooke Aquaculture, Cooke VP Communications Nell Halse told IntraFish.
Ruettgers, formerly an executive with private equity group Paine and Partners, Icicle's previous owners, was named chief executive in April 2015, following the departure of Amy Humphreys from the role.
Prior to that, Ruettgers served as vice president of strategy and corporate development for the company.
