Over four months after Icicle Seafoods announced its purchase of Snopac Products, a portion of the deal remains unsettled.
While Icicle’s purchase of Snopac’s vessel -- Snopac Innovator -- has closed, its purchase of Snopac’s Wood River processing plant in Dillingham has not, Nancy Blakey, former co-owner of Snopac Products, told IntraFish in an email.
Definitive agreements for the Wood River plant have been signed, but the close is subject to completing customary due diligence and other conditions, Dennis Guhlke, President and CEO of Icicle Seafoods, told IntraFish.
