Icelandic Group is not planning on selling UK-based processors Seachill, Coldwater Seafood or any of its remaining global trading assets, its CEO said.

Seachill -- which is a salmon and whitefish processor mainly selling into Tesco -- and Coldwater, which produces ready meals and other value-added products mainly for Marks and Spencer, are not up for grabs, Icelandic’s CEO Larus Asgeirsson told IntraFish.

“There are no plans to sell any assets of Icelandic today, in the UK or in any other country,” he said.
