Peter Bender, CEO of Huon Aquaculture, sold 1.75 million shares in the company, at an average price of AUD 5 (€3.30/$3.80) each, bringing the value of the deal to AUD 8.75 million (€5.8 million/$6.6 million).
The shares were sold to a "range of institutions," the company said. They represent 2 percent of the issued capital of the company.
The sale represents a small percentage of Bender’s holding and the proceeds of the sale will be "used for personal purposes."
