Shifting demands in the foodservice sector inspired the six new value-adds High Liner USA introduced on Thursday.

With flavor-focused options ranging from cajun-style tilapia to Caribean-encrusted cod, the company’s Fisheries Products International brand is responding to increasing calls for flavor over fat.
