This week Three Hands Fish, the self-proclaimed “Florida’s first and only Community Seafood Market (CSM),” in a display of election-year zaniness, is calling on Americans to sign onto a new “Declaration of Seafood Independence” from what it sees as “substandard, unhealthy, uninspected foreign farm-raised” imported seafood.
Three Hands Fish receives its fish from a collective of commercial fishermen in the Florida Keys, then the company processes the fish and sells it to community and restaurant members.
