Iceland’s largest fishing quota holder, HB Grandi, is coming off a strong 2018, and with new investments, growing demand and increased efficiency, the company’s new CEO has expectation for another strong year.

HB Grandi reported earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) for the year 2018 of €36.8 million ($41.5 million), up three percent from the year before. Revenue, however, decreased by 3 percent to €210 million ($236 million).
