While markets in the United States and Chile remain questionable, Norwegian salmon producer Grieg predicts the European Union will see salmon prices pick up in time for the holidays.

High production has been the main driver of high salmon prices, and as that production is projected to taper off, salmon farmers may have more to celebrate this holiday season.
