Granjas Marinas San Bernardo is increasing its cooking capacity by 1,000 kilograms per hour, said its managing director, Jacobo Paz.

The Honduras-based company has invested in a new cooker from Carnlitech in Denmark to focus its sales more on the United Kingdom and Germany.  

“The large head-on markets -- Spain, France, Portugal and Italy -- will be impacted by unemployment and all the mess associated with the financial crisis, we do not see a lot of opportunities there,” he told IntraFish.

“There
