GP Ocean principals charged with falsifying stock documents

The Securities Commission (SC) in Malaysia says it's charged Tan Siok Wan and Lee Sin Teck in the Sessions Court for falsifying information in connection with GP Ocean's proposed listing on the main board of Bursa Malaysia.
