Lawyers representing the government and former Bumble Bee Seafoods CEO Chris Lischewski are back in court today to discuss upcoming actions in the criminal price-fixing trial against Lischewski.
The government is proposing a trial starting no later than the fall of 2019.
Lischewski's attorneys at today's hearing will be looking for the court to grant them more time to go through a mountain of evidence the government says it has against the former tuna exec.
