With thousands of new products from Spain and local US farms, not to mention 600 new customers, one of the largest seafood distributors in the United States has opened up a new realm of possibilities for its company.

First of all, Fortune Fish’s acquisition of JDY Gourmet means 25 percent more customers for the Chicago-based seafood distributor.
