Former Alliance Ocean Research and Development Director Jean-Luc Beliveau said he plans to take time to reflect on his future before deciding whether to rejoin the seafood industry.
Beliveau, an expert in the French and European surimi sectors, left the company in the closing months of 2017.
"I still don't know," Beliveau told IntraFish. "For the moment I'm reflecting."
Should the former executive opt to return to the surimi business he faces a tough challenge as the sector is trying to recover from years of declining sales.
