John Stephanis, former long-time CEO of Greek bass and bream producer Selonda, resigned from the company's board this week, according to a note filed to the Athens Stock Exchange.
He held the position of vice president of the board of directors. No reason for his departure was given.
The company's board now consists as follows: George Antipas, president of the board and non-executive member, John Andrianopoulos, vice chairman and CEO, Michalis Kokkinos, Konstantina Lazaris, Panagiotis Alagianni, Athanasios Skordas, all as independent non-executive members.
The term of the new board of directors will end in the first half of 2019.
