Former Pickenpack Europe Managing Directors Annegret Kattau-Keck and Andrea Meyer launched a food consultancy firm at the beginning of September, which will operate under the name KMW Consulting.
They teamed up with Uschi Wiehl, who previously worked for processor Frosta and most recently as a freelancer in project management and translation, Kattau-Keck told IntraFish.
The focus of the new venture is not solely on seafood but the European food production and retail industries in general.
