The US Department of Justice (DOJ) has used Chicken of the Sea International CEO and President Shue Wing Chan as a key cooperating witnesses in the ongoing price-fixing case against former Bumble Bee CEO Chris Lischewski, adding another high-profile name to the list of executives supporting the government's case, according to court filings.
In a motion for the DOJ to provide details of its investigations into Lischewski's alleged ringleader role in the price-fixing scheme, Lischewski's attorneys noted key witnesses as including former Bumble Bee executives Kenneth Worsham Walter Scott Cameron, Starkist's Stephen Hodge, and Chan.
