After having represented shareholder Independent Oil & Resources for several years on the board of Marine Farms, Moe was thrown out Wednesday.
“I am critical of the statement made by the new chairman about utilizing the synergies between the company and the shareholders. I have nothing against Nireus, but I am critical about the principle of what is taking place. It conflicts with a number of elements essential for good company management,” Moe told IntraFish.
He made no attempt to hide the fact he is worried Marine Farms will now be split up, which he says would be most unfortunate.
