Grimsby-based processor Five Star is bolstering its fish buying team with two new appointments as "it continues on its transformation plan and lays the foundations for the future."
Jason Letch and Andrew Nicholson both recently joined the 2 Sisters Meal Solutions division that supplies chilled and frozen coated fish.
Letch is a former fisherman and joins the company as the category manager for fish after 20 years’ experience of sourcing seafood from around the world. He has held senior buying roles at British Seafood and Towers Thompson Seafood where he was responsible for purchasing and importing fish.
