Creditors will vote on the future of 10 insolvent subsidiaries of Spanish multinational Pescanova between Thursday and Friday. On Thursday, five got their answer.

The commercial court of Pontevedra revealed at the shareholders' meetings of five subsidiaries  of Spanish multinational Pescanova that all five are saved from liquidation, including Pescanova Alimentación, Frigodis, Frivipesca Chapela, Bajamar Séptima and Fricatamar, according to a news site.

The core of creditor banks (the G7) secured the approval of at least four of the proposed agreements, of which G7 owns more than 50 percent of its ordinary loans.
