The two largest owners of Miami-based seafood company Fish House Wholesalers are replacing one of the group's minority interest holders.
Grant Smith, attorney for Inversiones Costa Del Sol S.A., and Natural Patagonia S.A., told IntraFish, an "internal dispute" between his clients and Enrique Taboada, who owns a small part of the group through E.T.H. Corp., has led to his removal.
"It's a change of ownership," he said. "One of the managing companies is no longer with Fish House as of Aug. 15.
