Royal Greenland, which returned to profitability in its 2010/2011 financial year, is seeing strong sales from two rather different types of seafood products.

Two product lines Royal Greenland is doing well from are its sushi for Japan and, at the other end of the scale, a new fish and chips product.

The factory in Wilhelmshaven, Germany -- where the fish and chips is produced -- produced nearly 60,000 metric tons of finished products, which is a record, the company said.

The growth was driven by fish fingers, natural fillets, gourmet fillets and fish and chips, the level of which tripled in relation to the previous year, the company said in its annual report.
