Spot prices for next week’s deliveries of Norwegian farmed salmon remain stable, with maybe an increase of NOK 0.50 (€0.07/$0.09) per kilo for larger size fish.
Norwegian farmed salmon is trading at around NOK 27 (€3.53/$4.69) to NOK 27.50 (€3.6/$4.77) per kilo, FCA Oslo, for deliveries of week 7 (Feb. 13), industry players told IntraFish this Friday.
That is similar to the prices for week 6, for which IntraFish reported estimates of NOK 27 (€3.53/$4.69) per kilo.
However smaller sizes, 3 to 4 kilos, are slightly down in price, with one exporter in southern Norway saying these were selling for around NOK 26.50
