The price outlook for Atlantic salmon is rather unclear for the next weeks, with different players throwing different numbers into the mix.
"Yesterday [Thursday] the price was averaging around NOK 39 (€5.10/$6.70), delivered Oslo," Kolbjorn Giskeodegard, analyst at Nordea Markets told IntraFish. "That is down NOK 1 (€0.13/$0.17) to NOK 2 (€0.26/$0.34) from last Friday."
One exporter is reporting discrepancies between prices. According to what IntraFish was told, prices delivered Oslo could be as follows for next week:
Size 2 to 3 kg: NOK 32 (€4.20/$5.50),
