That’s an increase of NOK 4 (€0.51/$0.74) to NOK 5 (€0.64/$0.93) per kilo from this week's price (June 27 – July 4).

The price rise is linked to the stat of the holiday season in Norway, which means volumes are lower.

All the producers, exporters and buyers that IntraFish spoke to this Friday, July 1, gave a uniform picture of the prices for sales of the week starting July 4.

According to them, fish is selling at NOK 28 (€3.58/$5.2) – NOK 29 (€3.71/$5.39)
