Despite efforts to boost Ireland's seafood sector to becoming a global leader, the country's industry has yet a long way to go, speakers and panelists told the audience at Bord Iascaigh Mhara’s (BIM) “Capturing Ireland’s Share of the Global Seafood Opportunity” conference in Dublin this week.
