Oscar Meyer, a UK-based food processor focused on retail supply, is looking at deals to expand its presence in seafood through deals and partnerships.
The company -- which reported group sales of £176.50 million (€222.8 million/$274.2 million) for the financial year running to March 26, 2011 and operating profit of £7.19 million (€9.1 million/$11.2 million) – is looking at buying the empty Cromer Crab factory from Young’s, as well as a partnership with a UK seafood brand.
