“Yes, we were a little nervous beforehand. Volcanoes and finance crises are not our forte to deal with, exposition general Mary Larkin told IntraFish.
“But when people just streamed in already from Tuesday morning, we knew this would turn out fine. That just goes to show how important the exhibition is. People make a special effort to get here, almost regardless of obstacles.”
Size
This year’s Brussels exposition has not set any new records, but is most likely bigger than last year’s event.
